Trusting and Finding Stable Ground: Trusting Ourselves and Others

In
this personal growth and training weekend we will use psychodrama techniques
to explore our personal journeys into trust: the trust of ourselves and
the trust of others. In this exploration we will look at those obstacles
to trust, to developing a healthy self-esteem and to establishing deep
and satisfying connections with others. Confidentiality, physical and
emotional safety and affirmation will be the mainstays of this workshop.
