Personal Growth and Training Weekend

July 18 - 19 - 20, 2008

Theme: Trusting and Finding Stable Ground: Trusting Ourselves and Others

Friday July 18 - 5 PM - 9 PM
Saturday July 19 - 9:30 AM - 5 PM
Sunday July 20 - 9:30 AM - 4 PM

In this personal growth and training weekend we will use psychodrama techniques to explore our personal journeys into trust: the trust of ourselves and the trust of others. In this exploration we will look at those obstacles to trust, to developing a healthy self-esteem and to establishing deep and satisfying connections with others. Confidentiality, physical and emotional safety and affirmation will be the mainstays of this workshop.
